A House Bill 1632 was introduced in hopes to make Massachusetts the third state to legalize and
regulate the adult use of marijuana. The measure has been referred to
the Joint Committee on the Judiciary, but has yet to be scheduled for a hearing.
House Bill 1632 would regulate the commercial cultivation,
processing, and retail of cannabis to adults over the age of 21. You

Massachusetts is one of a growing number of states where lawmakers
